RATES AND ACCOMMODATION

  • All rates are in euros and are per room, per night.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, and accommodation is subject to availability.
  • For more information on the maximum number of guests allowed per room, please contact us.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

  • All reservations must be paid in advance.
  • We only accept online payments by credit or debit card.
  • After booking, you will receive an email with all the relevant information. If you need assistance during the booking process, please contact us at: info@mendiargia.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival date: a full refund of 100%.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be notified in writing to info@mendiargia.com. Refunds may take up to 24 hours, depending on your bank.

No refunds will be issued for “no-shows,” flight cancellations, delays, early departures, or any errors in the booking process. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or replace our services if necessary, offering the best available alternative in such cases.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage.
  • Check-out time is by 12:00 pm. If the room is not vacated by this time, an additional night’s fee will be charged.
  • Our reception is open 24 hours, and we can also store your luggage after check-out.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Children of all ages are welcome at our property. There is no minimum age for staying.

BREAKFAST

  • Breakfast is not included in the room rate unless it has been specifically booked at the time of reservation.

PARKING

  • If you arrive by car, we offer a space for loading and unloading luggage.
  • We work in partnership with “Parking de la Estación,” located at Federico García Lorca Pasealekua Nº 2 (20014 Donostia). Parking is not included in the booking price and must be reserved separately.
  • We recommend coming to the hotel first for check-in and luggage drop-off. At reception, you will receive the parking ticket, which will be valid for your stay.
  • The service includes two taxi transfers for every 24 hours of parking (one for arrival and one for departure). Our reception team will arrange these transfers to the hotel or the designated pick-up points in the Gros neighbourhood (Pick-up point nº1: Paseo Colón Nº9 and Pick-up point nº2: María Cristina Bridge and Paseo Árbol de Gernika).

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Capacity: The price includes the stay in the reserved room, common areas, and all taxes. The maximum capacity is 2 guests, except in the family room, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
  2. Low season: Rates may be adjusted based on the number of people and the time of year.
  3. Minimum stay: A minimum stay of two nights is required.
  4. Pets are not allowed inside or outside the house.
  5. No smoking is allowed inside the hotel. A penalty of 100 euros will be applied for non-compliance.
  6. The use of the house is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking. If additional people are present, a surcharge will apply.
  7. Security deposit: A deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out if no damage is found.
  8. Photography and videography: Any production for commercial purposes must be discussed before booking.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the reservation must be notified in writing as soon as possible to info@mendiargia.com. If not resolved during the stay, they must be reported in writing within 14 days of departure.
